King of Kong is differently portrayed as a good guy vs. the bad guy thing, which in this case the good guy has lost. Billy Mitchell would be the bad guy and Steve Wiebe is the good guy. These two guys I feel started the gaming war. I found it very funny and unbelievable at first, but as the movie went on I started getting upset with Billy and how wrong they were doing Steve. Acourse they edited the film to make Billy to look really bad. But I'm sure they did not have to do that much editing.
After viewing this video I became alittle more interested in what can make a grown man act so crazy over a game. So I decided that during this course I would try my hardest to play at least once a day a game of my choice to get a feel of it.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you that this movie plays into the good guy bad guy and that good guys don't always finish last. I started to resent Billy too! This movie does make you want to tap into your deep inner video game.
